1- Who is the controller of your personal information?
As required by applicable data protection legislation, we inform you that we are (in most cases) the controller of the personal information we collect, receive and otherwise process about you as described below. 2- Why do we process this information?
Personal data will only be processed by FCCF in order to allow you to use informative tools, to be able to perform statistical processing and to carry out emailing campaigns. They will not be used for any other purpose and will not be stored in our systems beyond the time necessary to achieve this objective.
3- How long do we keep personal information?
FCCF will retain your Personal Information only for the time required for the purposes for which it was collected, which may not in any event exceed 24 months.
4- What are data subjects’ rights regarding their personal information?
Subject to the conditions of the Data Protection Legislation, and where relevant, data subjects have the following rights:

- The right to rectification
- The right to erasure
- The right to restrict processing
- The right to data portability
